I don’t have any important docs in my computer, so I don’t really need to back any those up, but you can very well just email them to your google e-mail account. My gmail account now have 7GB of space. That should be enough, I’d assume. With pictures, I use Flickr.com. Not only does it have good layout, which makes it easy to upload and share pictures, if you get the pro account, you’ll get UNLIMITED space for $25/year. I have all 60GB of my pictures up there. You can make them all private or have it public so others can see. They now also let you load video, but I don’t think there’s any place yet that let you upload unlimited HD video.
