Mixxalot, I live in Solana beach, just north of ville dela Valle (Just north of the race track). Some nice condo’s / townhomes / apartments for rent just west of the I-5 on the back side of the hill. This is no view – but very close to the beach, track, fair etc. Also a few apt complexes off Loma Sante Fe on both side of the freeway.

Great Location to live – great access to cool events, watch out for the 5 north traffic coming home.
