When my wife and I moved in together, we got a 2-bedroom CV condo, which was perfect. Now that we have a 9-month-old, it feels like a prison, and we’re itching to get something bigger.

Never underestimate the amount of crap you accumulate with kids. Yes, you can get by without it, but it’s extremely cramped otherwise. No room for an office, guests, or storage.
