I was reading some thread that in some cases wachovia was extending a 2% 30year loan and a hidden second loan interest free….I hope that isn’t happening on a large scale. Yes, it’s sort of unfair.
Oh well though. Dude at a 2% 30 year loan, and interest free second, I’d gladly buy a second or third home even in this economy.
