Actually I have been pretty impressed with your calls on the market. I especially agree with your most recent outlook on gold as well….
That said I believe the Summit will continue to decline. I know the complex very well. You guys did great getting out at 405 for the 3/2 model.
The only activity for 3/2 listings in The Summit for the past 18 months is:
– active (#3023) listed at 329,777.
– note this same home sold for 286k back in September of last year.
– unit 2811 went back in July of 07 for 300k
– unit 3222 went back in November of 07 for 345k
