Interesting, Cardiff, where I am on that 595k house, it started at 675k, on 5/30 reduced to 625k, and rather quickly on 6/12, reduced again to 595k.

That’s quite a shave all in less than a month considering it’s been on the market 118 days. Somebody must need to unload.
