You are looking in my wheelhouse. I would strongly discourage you from that house as backing to RSF is a very big negative. If you could give me a better idea of what your expectations are for a home, I’d be happy to point you in the right direction. My initial thought is based upon your price range, I’d rent for a while longer. However, based upon what you are looking for and where that could change.
