While the hypocrisy is amazing, the pro-lifers will see this as an affirmation of her pro-life position. To them it’s honorable that she’s keeping the kid, rather than murdering it like those damn secular librulz. Never mind the fact that this destroys her abstinence-only and family-values positions.

You have to remember that most pro-lifers are one-issue voters, and this just strengthens her position with them.
