Man, sorry to hear that JC. I have a similar experience recently too. I made an offer on a short sale. The listing agent told us they have no offer, so after we submitted our offer on Thursday, he said he sent the offer to the seller on Thursday night. He then say the seller want a couple of days to think about it. Monday roll around and I found out it just went pending. We didn’t get any call at all. Then my agent found out from the listing agent that they decided to sell it to a family member. This listing went pending within 4-5 days after it went on the MLS too. Doesn’t many any sense, but this is another negative mark for me regarding short sales.

I had a brief experience with her as well and I found her to be very rude too. She post a lot on craigslist and her listing is very misleading too. I’m surprised she’s still around.
