Huge differences… PQ is much more diverse then people think. I kind of classify it as a few distinct areas. Oldest PQ on the east side near the golf course. Then there are the homes up on the hill above the Albertsons. There is Park Village down on the other side of the 56. There is the Black Mountain Vistas which is north of 56 but south of Black Mountain Road…. then there are the homes on the west face of Black Mountain as well. Oh yeah and the homes on the far south boundary on the hill (Babauta).

Very non trivial differences in the quality of the neighborhoods.
