Rumors circulate about this surprising sale. Of course I have no evidence whatsoever and would never suggest anything unusual went on with this sale. It is just interesting that of the vast number of offers on this property, some rumored to be well in excess of the closing price, that this one was accepted. Some people are just lucky it seems. And as for those rumors….well at this point I must assume they are baseless and were started by jealous losing-bidders.
