I have no reason to provide specific numbers to you beyond my honest summary statements. You lambasted another realtor John Lundin and I showed you how wrong you were. I explained how market numbers have no bearing on a specific agents production. Situations like this can be found in every aspect of life. For example, in some years Homerun’s are down in MLB while certain players have career years. It’s really that simple.
As for listings being worthless, you are in no position to make this statement. Listings are and always will be the key to success in this business. With thousands of homes selling every month some seller’s must be meeting the market. You act as if there are ZERO sales going on. Listings from seller’s that have equity and a real motivation to sell will sell the only question is at what price?
Now answer my question…which of the 3 scenarios I put out fits you or is there something else I havent thought of. We are all trying to make sense of this and doesnt it seem reasonable that we understand where all your bitterness comes from?
