BTW, with the California State budget, here’s a figure that will blow your mind. Something like $30B a year for the healthcare safety net, Medi-Cal, etc. About 10% of it is fraud. And not Mom-n-Pop stuff either. It’s organized crime. We’re talking roughly $3 BILLION/YEAR getting skimmed off the top of the CA state budget, so it’s really BIG BUSINESS.
