That’s actually a line from the movie “Tank”, starring James Garner. The movie was thoroughly forgettable, but there was a part in the movie where one of the characters was invoking Posse Comitatus and the other character asked if he was calling him a pussy Communist. For whatever reason, that line stuck with me.
