I just checked Wiki on the Gen-X dates and this is what they said:
“In the US, at times the term “baby busters” is used interchangeably with “Generation X,”[citation needed] Reagan Generation and MTV Generation can typically denote those born starting in 1965, with various dates offered for its ending year.”
I think you are on the cusp (in the astrological sense) and really you act like a boomer whether you want to admit it or not. That does not mean you are ready for Social Security or any of the other things the boomer ads are geared at. Just my observation and I am enjoying the history redux from you, surveyor and gandalf. I would have to agree with Goldwater on the issue of the religious right which is basically what Reagan also thought of them. Contrary to popular opinion, President Reagan was not terribly religious. One of his biggest heroes was Tom Paine. If anything, he was an Emersonian.
