This is a very salient issue, and is to the point that Barry or Barack (since he has gone to the legal trouble of changing his name) is clearly the devil we know so little about.
We do know these things about his birth:
His father was a Kenyan carrying a British passport.
His mother was not of majority at his birth, thus unable to pass citizenship.
There is a birth certificate in Kenya registering his birth, filed by his father. This doesn’t mean that he was born there, but it is instructive.
There is also a record of adoption for Barry/Barack in Indonesia, which factors into what his citizenship might be.
Until he was a teenager, he was not raised in the United States, and he was raised by two fathers, both Muslim.
In conclusion, Barry/Barack may claim Kenyan, British, or Indonesian citizenship, but his tie to US citizenship at this point is the only one not supported by documentation.
There was a wonderful moment this morning on FNS when Juan Williams touted the “International Experience” of Barry/Barack. The laugher is that it was all gained before adulthood.
There are many unanswered questions about this fellow. Most likely unanswered because he doesn’t really know who he is. Thus the casting about for identity, and the constantly changing core values.
