I would just request that when you post in the off topic forum that you have the common courtesy to prefix the post with “OT:” like others do.
To Rich:
Even better, I would like to see you have a seperate sidebar area for Off Topic discussions so that they don’t appear at the top of the “Active forum topics” list. This is primarily a housing blog and IMHO if the Off Topic begins to dominate, it devalues the site. If there are off-topic postings they should appear in a seperate sidebar BELOW the Active forum topics….
