Looking for an agent to sell a house in Pacific Beach, on Mount Soledad with an ocean view, current value around $2M. The house is in good but not great condition, because it has been used as a rental for many years. The priority is to get the best possible net price, rather than to close very quickly, but I definitely want a friendly and ethical and reasonably fast transaction. The sale needs to happen; there is no possibility of not selling.

I am currently in a different time zone, so the agent needs to be able to work independently with good judgment. I don’t need a fancy marketing plan, but rather someone who knows what works best in the current environment. I likely want to do a 1031 exchange with the proceeds, in a different city. Looking for an agent who may have assistants, but not someone who delegates too much to junior employees.
