That’s a nice floorplan, but that deal is not as good as the K Hov Plan 4 model that sold in the 4’s not too long ago.

Anywhere in the mid 3’s is safe for the above house. Not quite my $75 sq ft prediction, but close enough.

The sales crew there must be loving that listing.
