If you want that wet, shiny looks to the concrete then lacquer it is. I don’t think you’ll get that with acrylic polyurethane. This is a relatively easy job that you could do in a day or take your time and spread it over a couple weekends. You can pick up the lacquer sealer at a local White Cap store for about $300 for a 5 gallon bucket. Just make the measurements and the guys at the store will let you know how many buckets you’ll need.
