You rent, so I assume you have a contract. How do you intend to coordinate your buying with the end of the contract? Or are you just month to month and risking the rent increases?
Just seems that maybe you could use that to hold the wife off? “sorry honey, but we are in a contract till june 09, so we cant really be lookin till then.”
