Lots of remodels , room additions, granny flats?
Is there a boom going on. Just gaining steam, or about ready to bust?

What is business like for contractors and for people looking for them?

I see lots of single infill houses around me and driving around a few additions, maybe quite a few. Is there much going on for interior remodeling? Most neighborhoods I see have a pretty good look to them. It seems much better than average for my almost 4 decades in the county.

There is a lot of commercial of building going on , of course , all sizes of projects, but I am not so much interested in that.
