Traffic is still HORRIBLE on the 5 and 805 even after 6:30pm

I see no change in traffic even with $5 gallon gas. Maybe if it went to like $10-15 a gallon less people.

I leave 6:30-7pm and the traffic is gridlocked on both the 5 and 805 south from Sorrento Valley to Pacific Beach area.

Why?
