Can anyone recommend a company or source for San Diego area trust deeds?
Interest rates are terrible for us investors, so I am ready to consider investing in first and second TDs on San Diego properties. Yes, hard money loans have a dodgy reputation. But if the investor has done his homework and is ready to take over the property if necessary, they can be very lucrative.
