Since Halloween of last year inventory has dropped in half for my zip, anybody else seeing similar? P.S.> If anyone has a device that mutes the TV during commercials please post.

We bought a 1392sqft 3/2.5 condo/townhouse with garage last spring.

There are currently 3 active listings in my ZIP for 3+ bedroom condo/townhouse and one of those is a twinhome/duplex leaving 2 comps for sale.

10 pending with 1 detached, 1 a MFG home, and 2 townhomes leaving 6 comps pending.

I’m glad I’m not looking currently for a home

I am looking in Chula Vista and inventory in my price range feels like it has decreased by 70%.
