    1. never listen, read or discuss news of any type. it serves no beneficial purpose.

    Those are all solid. I’ve been trying to wean myself off news. You’re right, it serves no purpose. But it’s hard. I don’t want to feel (or be) uninformed.

    Hey, I wonder if the whole country swore off news what would happen. I think the country would be better informed, because they would get no news instead of the fake news they gobble up on facebook, instagram, fox, breitbart, infowars, etc.

    I feel the same zk.

    Some of the details is the news serve no purpose, but I don’t want to be uninformed.

    But as garrison Keilor said, smell the roses more.

    I keep mine easy so I stick with them and they become habit.

    1. Stretch (that’s a good one, started a 15 min yoga regimen a few days ago)
    2. Shoot hoops with my kid most weekends
    3. Floss more

    I couldn’t stop reading the news entirely, but I have stopped reading political news/debates/FB posts. Feels great so far, having less negativity in my life.

    I resolve to not leave any unsecure web pages open on an unattended computer. Oh yeah and to floss more!

    as far as gum health resolutions which i did for 2016, let me humbly suggest the following:

    1. keep jar of salt and salt water cup. rinse with salt water every time you brush.

    2. rinse occasionally with oregano oil too.

    3. get coconut oil and pull 10 mins. with itfrom time to time.

    4. get a waterpik. use it now and,rhen.

    get some neem powder on ebay. brush with it once in a while.

    carry floss in car, briefcase, everywhere.

    I will try. One of my teeth chipped and I’m worried about ugly and falling teeth since I plan to live a long time.

    Some simple remedies are the best.

    Minor nit, if you want #3 you need more #5, so five should be three and three shall be five.

    Plus #2 is good for number two and deuces are good for five that was the three.

    For whatever reason my gum numbers got worse after flossing consistently for the first time. So I resolve to try a Waterpik.

    Have a six pack by my next birthday, or drink one.

    Tell the dentist to quit sticking that goddam pointy thing between my teeth and gums.

    I don’t really trust eBay. What brand do you get? I would rather buy on Amazon, but not from some of their third party sellers.

    I need to lose at least 10 pounds. For some reason, my metabolism just shut down this past year. Getting older stinks! 🙁
