Your plan sounds good, Tone. Just check to make sure they are no NOD’s filed against the property. Also check the county tax assessor’s office and make sure they aren’t dilinguent on the taxes, or there aren’t any tax liens on the property. So, are you going to get your dog declared a companion dog? No pet deposit or extra pet rent sounds good to me.
