    The Del Mar Heights market seems to be on fire commanding prices much closer to the premium “in village” Del Mar location than I have ever seen before. It’s not uncommon to see $2M+ listings go in a few days now. Before Del Mar Heights seemed to be perceived as far less desirable than “real” Del Mar but that seems to be changing. Any idea of the turnaround? Has something changed in that neighborhood? Is Del Mar getting even more desirable? Case in point: 2114 De Mayo – sold for $1.675M as short sale in May and now trying to sell for $2.1M (“coming soon” sign in front of house, not on MLS) with no major renovation apparent. I think they might get it based on the rent comps in this crazy Del Mar Heights market!

    Ugh smell more heights! Overpriced, bad traffic not worth it!

    And apparently really bad at it. I mean come on, true real estate professionals who’s been doing this for ages knows everything is in public records, unless one goes out of their way to make sure it isn’t, because it’s not the exact attention you want to attract. Can you say google it?

    Strange. But also strange that she used her full first and last name as her username here. Hardly anyone else here has done that.

    Maybe this is a random person pretending to be Courtney and hoping that someone will look up the properties and see that Courtney is the owner, and then call her out, as someone just did.

    But WHY?

    I doubt it’s random. Seems like a narcissistic weirdo who changed her username. She 1st posted 1 year ago, pretending she had nothing to do with the Crosby home. Then, bumped the thread when they sold, 1 year later:
