Chances seem slim but what do the people think will happen if the next President enforces the promise to deport 11 million people back to Mexico? Hope they can compromise but what if? Rentals in California go vacant?
I’d cry for the deported, not for the housing market. Deporting people (who might have worked here for decades and kept their noses clean other than immigration violations) to face violence at the hands of bad governments, gangs, cartel operatives, etc, would be a crime against humanity.
