macmichael – Maybe they are not really trying to sell Madra, but have it listed a that lofty price just in case a dumb buyer came by. Maybe the real intention is to use it as a method to showcase the husband’s business and try to drum up some business from him from the neighborhood?

(Time will tell on this one if we see the necessary massive price drops to get it sold. If they stick to this price and just pull it off the market we’ll know they were just testing the market and/or trying to promote the construction business!)
