I can’t believe we are discussing the legality of cabinet (or appliance/plumbing fixture) removal again. Read some old posts, perfectly legal, criminally and civilly, it’s entirely the banks fault for not requiring a down payment. They not only deserve it for giving no doc no down loans, I think it should be mandatory. Painful lessons are remembered.
