Have you noticed she has had the open house ( Sun 1-4 ) sign up since Monday. I guess hoping for maximum exposure? Did she even have any treats the last time?
Conversely I noticed several days when the flyer box was empty. Since flyer boxes are the very easiest thing to keep filled it always signals to me lack of attention, lack of caring or incompetence. Not just with this agent, but anywhere they appear empty. No excuse ever.
