    Happy Friday. Im looking to get my RE license as quickly as possible by self study. I can’t attend a live class due to other obligations.

    I looked thru the old forums but I haven’t seen any recent details on which online real estate license course is recommended. The past recs included Allied which it seems now has awful reviews and I don’t want an online class either where I have to spend 45hrs in front of a computer.

    Has any RE agents or know of recently licensed RE agents who can recommend an online self study program? Thanks much in advance.

    If you can study the material on your own quicker, can you leave the online class running while doing other things? Ultimately, whether you can pass the test is what matters, not which class you took.

    Allied makes you click the computer every 6 mins. I just want decent study materials if I am forced to pay for 3 courses.

    Sounds like a job for the neighborhood skater kid at a few bucks per hour 🙂
