I saw this live on the Conan O’Brien show last December and it truly shocked me. Perhaps I’m naïve.
It starts with a segment on a local news show read by an anchor about shopping for Christmas…it then goes on to show about 20+ different anchors around the country delivering the EXACT same segment.
So much for creativity. I KNOW that many polls, surveys and even govt reports are highly inaccurate & misleading and corrections/retractions never get the same coverage as an original story.
I never knew that local news anchors delivered stories via this method. If a segment like this is controlled, then is most other ‘news’ ?? and it sure isn’t original reporting..
SO who really controls this CRAP and who decides what is going to be released (or not released) for the ‘bubbly headed bleached blondes’ to read the press releases about important subjects ?
What has happened to independent, investigative journalism ?? In the past, I respected 60 Minutes for original stories, but it seems that they have gone to the dogs too…
It’s almost impossible to keep things quiet with the internet, but without the internet, society is being spoon fed what ‘THEY” want us to be told.
I’ve always figured the MSM message was controlled, but that video is downright frightening. What’s even more interesting is the fact that the same script was given to different, and “competing,” networks.
Of course, it’s best to read from the script because if you try to dig into the really important stuff and force transparency…bad things happen.

Journalism doesn’t pay the bill, so what do you expect? Some says Google killed newspaper, but I think it’s the readers. No one wants independent investigative story anymore, just look at how polarized this nation is.
