Your post is basically a summary of what was said on the video. 🙂

The important thing is to teach your kids and spouse to never ever discuss anything with the cops too. Wait until we can all regroup lawyer up and compare stories.

I have always told my kids I can forgive them any crime but I will never ever forgive them for talking to the cops. I will take that as a slap in the face to everything I’ve tried to instill in you.

So far no cases but this lesson requires occasional refresher courses because there is a deep profound human drive to confess.

Cooperation does not help unless you have a contract in writing with a prosecutor–no cop can make any enforceable promise.

Sorry, but this seems less straightforward to me.

If I’m driving and a cop pulls me over and asks me if I’ve been drinking, I’m not going to plead the fifth, I’m going to tell him “no , I’ve not been drinking”. It’s just not as simple as ‘don’t ever talk to the cops’. I value my time and don’t want to create trouble for myself when a few simple polite words are more likely to get me back on my way.

This is key. The “left vs. right” nonsense is being used to divide us. Most of us, when you get down to the dirty details, really want the same thing. They have to create this false divide by using very personal, highly divisive topics…and they keep these things in front of us using the MSM.
