Just to pry a bit. I'm trying to figure out this recent rental market.
Did you mean west of Lawrence and North of El Camino instead? My rental runs off Reed Ave, which would be in North of El Camino and W of Lawrence. I figured I might be given my tenant a deal at $2800/month, but haven't really done much to hack things up because the tenant isn't a pita. Also, do you have a management company you can refer up there? Thanks.
fwiw: this neighborhood, i think it was built in the 60ies. If I ever move back, I'll probably want to do a teardown.
