PF Chang’s?
At risk of being flamed, I tell about my recent POSITVE experience.

First, yes you should make fun of anyone who thinks PF Chang’s is Chinese food. However, I also used laugh in ridicule if someone claimed PF Chang’s food tastes good. My recent visit changed that last assumption.

My boss took the project team there about a month ago. Eating family style with 20 people, almost every item on the menu was ordered, and I sampled them all as they were passed around our tables.

PF Chang’s has some entres that are quite good! It still isn’t authentic Chinese food, but nevertheless some it is very tasty, especially when someone else is paying the bill. However, I admit I wouldn’t eat there if I were paying out of my own pocket.
