But that’s the problem, the garage is in the back, so you can’t really have a real back yard. Since these lots are also very narrow, I’m not sure if you can fit a 2 car garage on the side. I agree that with this large front yard, you have higher HOA cost to go w/ it. Both of which I don’t like.
