I have large eucalyptus trees, and I got around $300-400 quotes for each to trim or at least double to cut down. I find the prices resonable.
NOTE: do you have a fireplace that burns wood? if so, try to negotiate & keep the branches that can become firewood & have them remove only small branches/green part
That sounds pretty high to me. We’ve had a number of liquidambar/sweetgum trees and a large coral tree trimmed for about $400-$500 each. Let me know if you want his number.
Yeah, the $400 range sounds more realistic. When we bought our house there was a tree planted close to the house and it was recommended to cut it down. I think our landscaper did it for about $400.
