I can say that if you are 8 daas away from closing and there has been no GFE on the table let the broker continue working but I would certainly have another in the wings so that the broker understands that they better get their ass in gear. That should have been part of the plan form day one.
I’ve been in sales for some time and it always amazes me how people see money. They drive around for hours to save 10 cents on gas but save them 3 or 4 thousand and they are like “is that it” I’ll just leave it the way it is. People are funny.
The bottome line is that with 8 days to go KPP I would have a contingency plan in place. Will be interested to see what pans out please keep us posted.
