I agree with HlS completely. It is great that you are thinking it all out though. Fixed rates are very good right now as you know.

I am guessing from your grammatical errors that your first language is a romance language? It is a tough call. Sometimes it is more obvious. Your vocabulary is good even if you misuse a word here and there.You will see most of us make mistakes with English, especially the Realtors here.

Your grammar is spotty but you get it right often too. I am probably at about the same fluency/literacy level with Spanish. I understand it takes a tremendous effort to reach that level unless extensive exposure to both languages occurs very young.
