I see empty HC spots all over in the parking lots I go to…thankfully it looks like we have a little more integrity here in SD…at least with respect to this…

Wait until Xmas timeframe…Then checkout the handicap parking spots availability.. Mysteriously, people seem to get more handicapped around Xmas time.

I’m always amazed how handicapped people can get in and out of lifted 4×4 trucks, yes I see them all the time parked in the HC spots.
