FSD, I was thinking more of 1992 and 2001. People have gotten use to low inflation recessions. Hell, just to date myself, I was about 2 during the early 1980’s recession. First time buyers have no idea what 5%+ inflation can do, especially when coupled with stagnent wages for the bottom 75%.
