Lot rent $745 average and 1600 sq ft older Mobile Home in Linda Vista with canyon lots for 87k

87k seems high for an older mobilehome. As to resell value that would depend entirely upon the condition of the mobilehome but primarily upon the lot rent. That is why I do not recommend a mobile home, because the most important variable (lot rent) is out of control.
