I don’t see how what she said relates to the fact that Point Loma is dropping.
Sunset Cliffs is full of little shacks and unless, her parents earned enough to rebuild the house without pulling out equity, they are still living in a little wood bungalow with no insulation.
I bought my house a while ago, much cheaper than my neighbors, but the drop is sure to take down some proud souls.
