    We closed on March 9!

    Awesome experience, buyers are really great people and I know they will love my house, plus I just raised all the comps in my neighborhood;-) We didn’t make a huge profit, but recovered everything we had put into the house (remodel, mortgage payments, landscape, and furniture), plus a bit more, so I am happy. I learned a lot and am looking forward to another opportunity.

    Only downside, I am now renting back my house looking for a replacement! Can’t believe how difficult it is to find my next dream home…..when is all this “shadow inventory” going to hit the market??

    The shadow inventory will hit the market again as soon as the buyers start paying higher prices for the current crappy inventory. Which will happen as soon as the inventory improves.
