gn, you are right, I have a different paradigm and sometimes I forget that my world is a little unique right now but on the other hand I find it baffling the kind of resistance some areas have put up. There has literally been nothing but bad news for housing in the last 12 months, yet all is well. I don’t even want to live there, it’s about reading all of the frustrations on the boards of my brothers and sisters here and I want it for them and I want it now. Everything points to a scenario that will defy past models, price appreciation in the bubble has never been so dramatic, financing easing and then contraction has never been so drastic, everything was different so my mind’s eye says to ignore past models for the decline and be ready with pen in hand to rewrite the books when this thing finally ends. But, I may also be wrong, which would not be anything new or unique for me.
