It is not ncbuyer’s job to listen to Realtors it is the Realtor’s job to listen to ncbuyer. Best case scenario, a real meeting of the minds and a good experience.
I had clients call me yesterday. They are happy they can buy a nice house in Tierrasanta, Poway or Mt. Helix now for the same price they dumped their “starter” house in Encanto for two years ago. In any case the idea that every realtor is sitting around waiting to coerce people is not accurate to me. Try a little too hard to “educate” or win over maybe. There are enough potential buyers who ,right or wrong(I think it is neither), take the quality of life issue to mean some achieved wealth/discretionary income goes to a house now. Buyers susceptible to the usual baloney are gone. This is even reflected in the NAR’s propaganda more and more. Thank goodness on all accounts.
As far as the house in OP’s question goes, I hope the people who work up there regularly respond.
