I’m so tempted to short sell…Not necessarily because I think it’s going tank further… But, I just hate companies that are just invent patents with the purpose of trying to pay to sue.
BTW: FLU’s litmus test for when a tech company starts to go downhill and in serious trouble = when the company starts to focus less on developing/selling real products and starts spending more time in legal trying to sue other companies excessively over IP of their so called “patents”….
SCO Group, RIMM, Kodak, Nokia…Just about every flunking tech company starts out that way when they are on a verge of going down.
I guess in the case of InterDigital, they’ve never developed any real product, but just developed patents for the say of licensing and trying to sue others.

Side note: RIMM in all likelihood is dead. Latest management shuffle does nothing. And even it it did do something drastic, I don’t think they really add value anymore. Short of Google blowing it and turning it’s MMI acquisition into a direct threat of it’s partners by building competing devices, Rimm is never going to catch up.

sh1t. I’m sorry dude, I wasn’t intentionally trying to rub it in, it’s just that I can’t stand companies that are pseudo patent trolls. I understand technically they aren’t because they actually create their own patents. But the intent is to license and/or sue is where it bothers me.
