Thanks Fearful for the info. I'm just trying to get a gauge for how much sfh are renting now in CV….I didn't know that 1700sft is $2850 now.
I was looking as some home that was being rented for $3500/month for 2700sqft approximately, and thought the person was kidding. But apparently it rented out.
BTW: Someone just closed escrow on a home above where you live near the park 2700sqft home. The price brings us back to early 2004 price. I didn't see this one personally. I think it was pretty basic. But considering some other person paid $200k more for nearly and identical unit (with considerable more upgrades) up the street just a few months ago, it's a good sign.
